Nope, I don't like how this turned out at all. It doesn't appeal to me in the least and I loath how the lines don't connect and how the patterns don't exactly flatter my recipient.
My DH said, "don't worry, you can always make me another sweater."
At least my model is cute! And he did say that he would wear whatever I made for him. What a sweet guy!

I recently finished a sweater for my 13 year old son. I was not happy with it. He is thrilled. So... I guess I have to be happy with it, too. It just doesn't fit as well as I would have liked. It also looks like it's too heavy, since he's so darned skinny. Oh well. He's happy that I spent the time making it, and I guess that's what really counts.
S... that is a really nice sweater. Do the lines need to be further out (like more towards the sides?) Because that's a nice sweater.
